• उ०प्र० मेडिकल काउंसिल में यदि आपका पहले से स्थायी पंजीकरण (Permanent Registration) एवं (Additional Qualification) अतिरिक्त योग्यता का पंजीयन है तो आपको नये पोर्टल में दोबारा आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
• यदि किसी भी चिकित्सक को Passout from Uttar Pradesh Provisional Registration, Permanent Registration, Additional Qualification, No Objection Certificate (NOC), Good Standing Certificate & CME, इत्यादि की आवश्यकता हो तो वे कार्यालय के नवीन पोर्टल पर उ०प्र० मेडिकल काउंसिल की वेबसाइट— www.onlineservices.upmedicalcouncil.org पर जाकर नई लॉगिन-आईडी के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सके।
• पुराने पोर्टल पर जो लॉगिन-आईडी आप द्वारा बनायी गयी थी नये पोर्टल पर पुरानी लॉगिन-आईडी मान्य नहीं होगी।

• Applicants who already hold Permanent Registration and Additional Qualification registration with Uttar Pradesh Medical Council need not re-apply on the new portal.
• However, doctors who wish to apply for services such as Passout from Uttar Pradesh Provisional Registration, Permanent Registration, Additional Qualification, No Objection Certificate (NOC), Good Standing Certificate, Continuing Medical Education (CME), etc., can apply online by creating a new Login ID on the updated UP Medical Council portal: www.onlineservices.upmedicalcouncil.org
• Please note that login credentials created in the old portal are no longer valid on the new portal.
